SYNOPSIS

Real name: Castle Grayskull

Once upon a time, at the end of the Great Wars, the Cosmic Warrior He-Ro joined King Grayskull's forces. Their combined might became a beacon of hope, bringing together the greatest warriors of all Preternia. Together, this group of warriors formed the first Masters of the Universe, fighting against the Horde and Serpent Men invaders. He-Ro heroically sacrificed himself to save King Grayskull's life and gave his magical sword to the king, ensuring that only those of outstanding strength, courage, wisdom, and compassion would wield the Sword of He. To safeguard the sword's source of power and protect the kingdom, King Grayskull ordered the construction of a massive fortress. With the help of the giants, this mighty fortress was first built from a single enchanted rock, shaped into a gigantic skull of power. Later, towers and walls were built around the Skull Rock, and the fortress was protected by the magic of the Sages. After the king's death, the fortress would continue to exist, fading from memory and becoming a legend, but constantly protecting the hidden power of the universe and the secrets of Eternia from evil.
