SYNOPSIS

Real name: Dalmus Fu

Originally a worker in the Photanium mines of Phantos, Dalmus lost his right arm and part of his face when a mechanical folding machine malfunctioned. Eager to become a super-powerful threat, the master metalworker stole large quantities of Photanium, the strongest metal in the universe, from the mines and used it to create a new face and a telescopic arm. After Strong-Or's theft was discovered, Queen Elmora banished him from her kingdom. Years later, he returned with Skeletor to conquer the Photanium mines. When He-Man learned of this, he rescued Queen Elmora and freed Phantos from the influence of Skeletor and Strong-Or.

Strong-Or, called "Strong Arm" by his enemies, has a powerful punch that travels great distances and is almost as strong as He-Man's.
