Strobo was chosen as Zodac's successor in the Cosmic Enforcers and tasked by the Overlords of Trolla to investigate his predecessor's assassination on Eternias. Upon finding Jitsu, the ruler of Serpent Mountain, and the evil spreading across the land, Strobo fulfilled his master's task by vigorously maintaining neutrality in He-Man's absence.
He turned the tide of battle in several battles, fighting both with and sometimes against the remaining MAlters of the Universe. Strobo wears armor upgrades originally developed by the scientists of Anwat Gar. His chest armor can project radiation fields and energy blasts to stun or even disintegrate those who oppose his will. Strobo harnesses the powers of light to combat his enemies.
